Once we receive your contracts and the documents required from the seller, we will forward a completed package to the lender for approval and acceptance. Once they have approved the package, we will be able to fund the loan to the seller.

Be sure to discuss any conditions of closing or funding with your closing representative. Examples include time of funding and form of payment.

The timing of the funding of your loan can be crucial. If you are waiting for repairs or other items to be completed and they require your inspection, we shouldn't fund until you have approved them. Funding before your approval may allow the seller to stall on any uncompleted work.

The form of payment can also be an issue. Most sellers prefer funds to be wired into their account, however, some prefer company or cashiers checks.
